STILLNESS is a response to God’s call to “Be Still” and to know the HE alone is God, exalted among the nations of the whole earth. Christians can and should meditate on the One True God.

Psalm 46:10 (ESV)

10 “Be still, and know that I am God.
I will be exalted among the nations,
I will be exalted in the earth!”

Draw from the disciplines of Solitude, Silence and Meditation…

“Stillness has been an amazing journey for me – you are so full of grace and such a blessing in my life. Thank you is just not enough!” ~ Sherrie O.

The discipline of stillness has been a part of deep rooted practices of the Christian faith. Along with silence and meditation, stillness gives you permission to take time and space away from the busy clutter that our lives tend to become.

“…You are such an inspiration to me and I love your classes.” ~ Deanna W.

The practice of Stillness that God has led me to develop allows the Holy Spirit to speak to each one of us while we free stretch our bodies in ways that reflect the truths given to us in His Word. As God leads me, I will pray over you, speak His truth into your life, and proclaim His power and greatness in verses to encourage you spiritually, mentally, physically and emotionally.

“…your ministry added that extra spiritual lifting…” ~ Sandy M.

To learn more about the history and practice of stillness and many other Christian disciplines, I recommend you read Ken Boa’s Conformed to His Image. God tells us to “be still” because He wants us to *know* Him. Consider reshaping your own time to get to know our Lord.
